STAELLIUM UK LTD BOARD Richard King  Chairman and CEO Richard was co-founder of Staellium UK Ltd in 2003 along with the late Carole Barnum. Following Carole’s death in 2007 he has assumed her roles of Chairman and CEO along with his own as Director of Innovation. Richard has worked in IT for the last 10 years focusing on security applications and Secure Data Management. He has driven Staellium’s innovation cycles from the beginning and overseen the development of product. Richard has extensive management experience in the UK and the US with a background in planning. Gita Patel Non-Executive Director Gita is a graduate of the London School of Economics and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen before joining Gulf Oil. She then spent almost 15 years with the NatWest Group where she was part of the senior management team. She has been a business angel investing in the financial services, technology and property sectors. She is a passionate spokesperson on the needs of women entrepreneurs and has acted as mentor advising and helping them to gain access to capital, markets and business networks. Gita is currently Director of the Trapezia fund, the UK's first venture capital fund that backs women entrepreneurs building businesses of scale within an enabling environment; a concept she created. Danny Wootton Non-Executive Director Danny has been a senior executive in Solution, Product and Commercial Management for global Mobile and Fixed Line Telecoms companies. Danny has also been Director of Product Management for Lucent Technologies' GSM & UMTS program, and application programs including Messaging, Location Based Services, Secure data Solutions, Text to Voice / Voice to Text, Service Level Management and OSS.
